We reserve the the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.
Important health notice: Our products and content are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements may not have been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a licensed healthcare professional—especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or sensitive to caffeine/herbs.

Dei amore coffee and loose leaf tea is an LLC. Our customer support contact details appear on the same page as these Terms. Using the Services on behalf of a company? You confirm you’re authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 to access the site and 18 to purchase.

3) Orders, acceptance & availability

5) Payments & fraud protection

6) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Shipping options and estimated timelines are shown at checkout; estimates aren’t guarantees.

Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law; otherwise, it passes when we deliver your package to the carrier.

Inspect on delivery. For damaged/missing items, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
7) Returns & refunds (consumables)

For safety, opened consumables (teas, herbal blends, etc.) aren’t returnable unless we shipped the wrong item or there’s a verified quality defect.

Unopened eligible items may be returnable within 14 days (see our Return/Refund Policy for steps/exclusions).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returns.
EEA/UK consumers
Local statutory rights (including any right of withdrawal) apply where required by law. Exceptions may apply to sealed food items once unsealed after delivery, consistent with local rules.
8) International orders

You’re responsible for compliance with local import laws and for any customs duties, VAT/GST, broker fees, and import restrictions.

Customs inspections/delays are outside our control. Refused/undeliverable international packages may be refunded less original shipping and any return/import fees we incur.

You represent that you’re not on any U.S. sanctions list and are not purchasing for use in embargoed countries.
9) Health, safety & allergen notice

Hot liquid caution: Brewing/serving hot beverages can cause burns—use care.
10) Personal use only; no resale
Unless we agree in writing (e.g., wholesale terms), purchases are for personal use only and not for resale, export, or redistribution.
11) Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, photos, logos, product names, blend names/recipes, and overall look/feel) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.
12) Reviews & user content
If you post or submit content (reviews, photos, comments), you confirm you have rights to it and that it’s accurate and lawful. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and their promotion. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
13) Acceptable use
Don’t violate laws or third-party rights; don’t post illegal, deceptive, or harmful content; don’t interfere with site security, scrape without permission, try to circumvent controls, or overload our systems.
14) Third-party services & links
We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services (payment processors, shippers, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
15) Electronic communications & marketing
You consent to receive transactional and legally required notices electronically.
Marketing: If you opt into email/SMS marketing, you can opt out anytime using provided instructions. Message/data rates may apply.
16) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
17) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we (and our owners, managers, employees, and agents) won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data/goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that can’t be limited by law.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.
19) Dispute resolution (arbitration; class waiver)

Informal resolution first: Contact us using the details on this page; we’ll try to resolve within 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be resolved individually by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat and venue will be in Texas (you may appear remotely where the rules allow).

Class/jury waiver: You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

Small claims option: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in El Paso County, Texas (or your U.S. county of residence if the rules allow).

30-day opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration/class waiver within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by sending an opt-out notice using the contact details on this page (include your name and account email).
20) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by Texas law (without regard to conflicts rules). Subject to §19, exclusive venue for any court action lies in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections of your country/state of residence still apply where required by law.
21) Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, internet outages, war, epidemics/pandemics, government actions).
22) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms and the Policies. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept them.
23) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations, dispute resolution, etc.) survive termination.
24) Severability; no waiver; entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce isn’t a waiver. These Terms plus the Policies are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
25) California Proposition 65 (if shipping to CA)
Some products may expose you to substances the State of California recognizes as causing cancer or reproductive harm. See www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. Where required, we provide product-specific warnings.
